Fighting to make homes more affordable đźŹ
Despicable comments. Simon Dudley doesn't have the decency or guts to resign so Nigel Farage should sack him.
Reform housing spokesman Simon Dudley on Grenfell: “Everyone dies in the end” and “fires happen.” Dudley went on to add that there was too much regulation - the enemy of cowboy developers who are only interested in profit - but literally nobody else. www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/reform...
They don't want to build houses. They don't want to build high speed rail. They don't even want to build pylons to deliver zero carbon energy. They're pointless.
This government can't be trusted to end the housing crisis because its ministers are bought and paid for by the developers, landlords and corporate interests who profit from it.

Countless Labour voters have told us they are disheartened by the amendments to the Planning and Infrastructure Bill. Here’s a selection of these voters calling on the Government to not abandon the reforms we so desperately need.
The Government must back the builders, not the blockers 👇👇
We’re quoted in The Times voicing concerns about HMG’s planning concessions. We back protecting nature and building the homes and infrastructure Britain needs. These changes risk doing neither while adding delays, legal challenges, and uncertainty. www.thetimes.com/article/af8e...
Bat Conservation Trust: "The amendments do not go far enough" Badgers Trust: "We cannot back the amendments to the Planning Bill" Wildlife Trusts: "the amendments are not enough" NGOs will not be satisfied by concessions in the Lords and can't be trusted to act in good faith.
Labour Yimby are disappointed by the Government’s decision to concede to the Nimby lobby on the planning reforms this country so desperately needs. For the first time the Labour Government is backing the blockers, not the builders. 1/

The government’s white paper on devolution today is a welcome step. It removes yet more bottlenecks in the planning system. As housing is approved at the local level, fixing local government is key to improving the supply of housing.
