Glimmer establishes the strongest qualities Pyra and Mythra has just feels so awesome. For the little that we get to know her, she has a very memorable character arc of finally seeing a father figure in Rex after feeling like she is living in a pointless war for so long. That's just very sweet.

For the little that we get to know her, Maria makes an incredible first impression. As a centerpiece on how growing up and confronting your biggest fears of becoming a machine and dealing with the traumas of your past. I think she amplifies that rather well. Also, she reminds me a lot of Melia too.

I am really happy that I made engagement posts like this. It's pretty difficult to share my opinions on the Xeno characters without going into a full-blown analysis on them. And doing this has been pretty fun. But seriously. No one has replied with a Xenogears character yet. C'mon.

Dunban is my favorite male Xenoblade 1 character for a very good reason. He is such a well written companion where you have two of your best friends and comrades betray you all at once. Along with literally loosing the ability to use one of his limbs. Yet he still presses on never loosing hope.

KOS-MOS is probably one of my favorite android characters in fiction. Whatever game she appears in, she is either a complete badass, or very mysterious beyond comprehension. As for how I rank the designs, I go as follows: V4 > V2.5 > RE > V1 > V2 > V3 Sorry, I don't like V3's design that much.

Riki is just a really silly nopon dude that genuinely cares about his family and friends through all that debt he needs to pay off. His crush on Melia is genuinely sweet and has some of the funniest battle quotes that really go well with Reyn. And tbh, XC1 Nopon really hit different huh.

Man, I deeply wish Tyrea was playable in Future Connected. From becoming one of the most irredeemable characters in Xenoblade 1, to becoming a changed person and ends up helping Melia. Their dynamic between them genuinely is amazingly told and one of the best parts of FC for me.

Out of all the Ice blades in Xenoblade 2, I think I like Perun the most. Maybe because of her design appealing to me, and I remember liking her blade quest as well.

While I don't find her as great compared to the rest of the Ouroboros gang due to personal reasons, Eunie is pretty fantastic. I love how her portrayal of Anxiety and her needing to move on from that from a series of sidequests. I love her "meatier" post-battle quotes, and her design is pretty nice

Another top 5 character! Where do I begin without spoiling all of Xenosaga? All I can say is, she is the Marianas Trench of all the suffering she went through her entire life. But she manages to circumvent all odds and comes out of it a much better person in the end. I love her so much!!!

Morag can only be described as just plain badass. With how much she has deal with a dying nation that is incredibly low on resources all to show incredible courage as a leader whom she wasn't set out to be. Plus, I love how she is sort of a tomboy who tries so hard to be as masculine as possible.

The Jewel of Mor Ardain Brighid is probably the best designed blade in the game. Something about how the crystalized flames on her arms and legs work so well. Her and Morag make the best duo in the entire game.

I believe MOMO is a perfect coming of age story. She starts as someone who Yuri and Ziggy rely upon as their hope for the future, to being an actual someone who grows up and makes it through the everything she came across. She also has such an amazing design in Episode III. Just look at her!

Easy top 5 Xenoblade character. I was honestly surprised to see her be so high. I think it was mainly because she hits all the right notes for what I want from a character. From her relationship with Noah, to her relationship characters like Miyabi and Teach. Even giving her long hair! She's Peak!
