Said it before I'll say it again: in the AU, Powder, Mylo and Claggor were 100% dragged to Stillwater after the explosion that killed Vi. Vander's pleas for their safe return went unheeded and he found Silco and agreed to rejoin the fight. This is the only sequence of events that makes sense to me.
