I love open source dont get me wrong BUT I hate debian upgrades with a burning passion. there is no reason that I should drop into a rescue shell because dkms failures to build zfs for the umpteenth time fuck this

...And just like that, I have finished my final day of work for the company I have given the past 40 months of my life to. It feels surreal and hasnt fully kicked in yet but it's something I'm so happy that I was able to do.

So I was deep diving Wikipedia and stumbled upon the page for the 1965 coinage act (which removed silver in dimes and quarters, and the issuance of silver certificate bills) and... really called it, huh?

The House of Representatives debated the bill on July 13 and 14, 1965. The discussion was wide-ranging. Idaho Congressman Compton I. White opposed the bill, having prepared a chart showing the debasement of the Roman denarius between the years 1 and 300, though stating that he did not expect that coinage debasement would cause a government to fall.

I attempted to make a pullman loaf, but didn't rise enough so ended up with a rectangle lol. not bad for the first time attempting it though! It will def not go to waste :)

A pullman loaf pan with bread dough inside. It is not risen at all and it barely filling the bottom of the panThe same pullman loaf 90 monutes later, the bread dough expanded to filling the container nearly ¾ the way full. A baked loaf of bread, removed from the pan sitting on a sheet pan to cool. The top has collapsed slightly during cooking, creating a rectangular loaf cross sectionA slice of the loaf from the other photoz sitting on a small melamine plate, it has a crumb filled with small holes but dense and slightly yellow in color

The fact that RGB #000000 doesnt map to C 0% Y 0% M 0% K 100% is... I understand a frustration of artists a little more than usual today. (printing things is really, really annoying)
