The amount of post on tiktok i've seen about "oh can I separate bandu from the creator" or making a whole animation with bandu being canceled i don't know why you people are focusing on a fictional character that was used for grooming then the actual victims of lancey like are we ok????
However, I agree Gapple should be left in the past, but not that we should pretend it never existed (bc I already see ppl doing that and think it's a terrible idea). Lancey still working on Gapple behind-the-scenes shows she hasn't fully internalized what went wrong here, and I don't support this.
my condolences to the victims of course but some of y'all are blowing this out of proportion. it's not "the end of dave and bambi😭" or the world. chill out, don't panic and especially don't go harassing anyone. be better

i do see some people saying things like "ohhhh ok so dave and bambi is dead now" and i feel like not only is it incredibly insensitive that is the primary thing they are getting out of it but also gapple has become... ultimately a way smaller part of this community

Bandu fnf is the incarnation of someone's PTSD and years of being taken advantage of and betrayed for being a victim. Please for the Dave and bambi community try to prevent any more media of him. I understand years of attachment to this character, believe me i know (4 years). Victims come first.
