The antitrust trial for the Warner Bros/Paramount merger will take place in March 2027. Paramount must begin paying WB shareholders $7M a day on Sept. 30 until the deal is complete.

That sound effects library has been available from Sound Ideas since 1992. One of my favorite sound libraries to use, alongside the Hanna-Barbera and Cartoon Trax libraries, all of which were also used in numerous PC games in the 90s!

Post-production on my newest Sam Valentino vlog. This 16" MacBook Pro from late 2019 (2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 32 GB of RAM, AMD Radeon prO 5300M GPU with 4 GB dedicated VRAM) is actually a bit slower than my M1 MacBook Air (8-core graphics, 16 GB of RAM), but at least it gets the job done.

🚨The Paramount–Warner Bros. merger has officially been put on hold. The deal will not move forward until June 1, 2027, OR until the courts issue a ruling on the lawsuits challenging the merger, whichever comes first.

Well, my M1 MacBook Air is now on its way to a specialist to have the SSD swapped out with a much bigger one (512 GB to 1 TB), so I'm making do with my "backup" Mac, in its final year of having an up-to-date operating system (MacOS '27 will drop support for Intel Macs when it comes out).
