First time experience with SBA as staff was crazy. I’m so proud of my team for getting 2nd in showcase (Dine ‘n Dash sweep!!!!). Having worked as a camp counselor it was very similar to the feeling of spending a week with the campers. Can’t wait to really get into it in season 8.

the Coach Training Program (run primarily by @eenyee.bsky.social and @ren97.bsky.social) will be a genuine game changer for the community imo I'm currently going through the beta myself (with others), and after only 2 days of lecture, I'm already learning a lot and am excited to absorb more info :)

the most annoying part of the position i'm in in the community is that i'm working with so many awesome people i'd all like to get to know better and become closer friends with, but i just don't have the time (that is to say thank you SBA staff team, y'all are too good at being cool people)

this is a really awesome opportunity to learn more about coaching (no matter how much experience you have with it) and to get in touch with fellow pedagogy nerds, i couldn't recommend it more
