And the Metal gear Rex is finally done! Once again iam so proud of the results! The built was amazing, i had fun painting and weathering it! The masking was torture but it truly paid off in the end! The Ray and Rex gotta be the most effort I've put in a kit after base assembly.

And base assembly for the metal gear rex is done! I gotta say, compared to the metal gear Ray, this thing has so much more detail its incredible. Next I'll have to disassemble it for painting, thankfully i only have to paint the outer grey parts, the other colored parts are fine.

It's finally here, the incredibly reflective box that makes you accidentally dox yourself. Also known as the Kotobukiya metal gear rex. Gonna be building and airbrushing this bad boy soon!

Painted my first ever resin model. Its just a random mech design i found on aliexpress and i gotta say, i did not expect to be this happy with the result. Maybe I'll weather it too at somepoint and get some more resin kits as well!

And the White knight prototype is finished! There were quite a lot of challenges with the cement coming off during the assembly but I pulled through. Iam very happy with the results!! Decided to go with a completely different pattern in the end, the camel pattern in the 4th pic.

Built the Hasegawa white knight prototype. Such a fun design. This is the base assembly, its all monochrome cuz u have to paint everything yourself. The assembly was like an old school army kit, u need to cement literally everything together, even drill some parts, it was fun.

And its finally done!! I gotta say this is the proudest ive ever felt for finishing a model kit. It has been painted top to bottom, decalled and gloss top coated. I loved every second of it, even the decals surprisingly, they weren't too bad. I look forward to making the Rex.

Painted the little figures of Snake, Ocelot and the sexy gang that came with the Koto Metal gear Ray. It's my first time painting a model like that, let alone of such small scale so i couldn't paint the mustaches of both snake and ocelot, unfortunately.

Painting and assembly of the Metal gear Ray is finished. I gotta say, iam SO happy with the results! The fucked up decals and mini figures are for another day.

Nvm, the metal gear Ray arrived today so i built that first. Base assembly is complete and i gotta say that its really great! Its as tall as i imagined it would be, love it! Everything has been loosely fit in so that i can take it apart later and paint the entire thing.
