This heatwave dried out all the water in the catgirl pool. (I am afraid to run a render because of the computer overheating, in addition to me overheating lol)

[Sunken Dungeon 4] After hitting the mermaid a few times, she ran off deeper into the dungeon. Now with only one way forward, it was time to follow her and explore the rest of the game.

[Sunken Dungeon 3] Looting the chest yielded a sword, or knife, or whatever that icon is, giving me plus 5 attack. Turning around, the path was now blocked by a mermaid enemy. I think it's time to figure out the combat now... Also good to know that the minimap doesn't show entities, only loot + me

[Magic Trick 1] "And now, ladies and gentlemen, Madeline will guess the number on the lock tying her hands behind her back. Then she will lockpick the cuffs around her ankles and finally find a way out of this steel box with bulletproof glass on a single breath!"

[Sunken Dungeon 2] Entering the flooded dungeon, a blue filter covered the whole dungeon view. The minimap turned out to be actually useful since stuff in the distance was just a mess of pixels. Turning left, the first room already has a chest in it. Either some starter loot or a trap of some sort

[Sunken Dungeon 1] Booting it up, there was already a save file. Although it was new and practically at the start of the game, at the "dungeon" entrance hatch. Seems like an asset flip so far, or just stress testing how many high resolution texutures (for the time) the game can handle at once.

Found this ancient cheap videogame from a dead forgotten developer. I wonder what the game's about.... I suppose I'll try to run it.

[Jackstay June 20 - FINAL] Fished out mere hours later, or maybe washed up on shore days later, Altrae was finally back on land. She'll surely breathe in the fresh air any second now....

[Jackstay June 19] Exhausted from the long journey down, Altrae decided to just take a short little nap....before she starts exploring....the ocean floor.... Aww, she fell asleep before she could even lay down.

[Jackstay June 18] With her return ticket gone, Altrae had no choice but to return back to the original plan. She made it all the way down, so smile for the camera, victory~! (Going to be busy all day tomorrow, so have this one early. Just like it a lot so the timer looks real nice for the finale)

[Jackstay June 17] Bouncing off the ground, the jackstay threw off the distracted girl before it began rapidly ascending back up. Rushing after it, Altrae's efforts to grab back on are thwarted by her own body, as her legs are too sluggish to swim fast enough and her lungs busy gulping down water.

[Jackstay June 16] Remembering to hold onto the jackstay, Altrae holds on with all her might... although she might be enjoying it a bit too much as she chokes herself out to prevent more water inhalation.

[Jackstay June 15] After dozens of seconds on empty lungs, Altrae's willpower finally slipped up and her lungs took a long overdue greedy gasp. Gulping down the ocean cooled the resurfaced burn in her chest once again, this time for much longer....

[Jackstay June 14] Hitting her absolute limit, the burning in Altrae's chest eventually overpowered the control over her body and the remaining (incredibly stale) air all rushed out in a cloud of bubbles, heading to a surface long gone from view....

[Jackstay June 13] Altrae wraps her legs around the jackstay. Once it hits the bottom, it'll start going back up. With her cuffs gone, she needs to somehow hold on the whole way. If she blacks out and falls off, it's over...

[Jackstay June 12] Having to hold onto the jackstay properly as it keeps rapidly sinking, Altrae tries to reach for the broken cuffs. Maybe she thought she could somehow put them back together, but it's not like she can do much thinking with so little air. Her chest already began convulsing slowly.

[Jackstay June 11] The mysterious shadow lunges forward with great speed, breaking Altrae's handcuffs with its powerful jaws. Swimming in front of the camera light reveals a.... tuna?! What do they feed the fish down here?

Next part of Jackstay June will be delayed a little bit. I've got a killer headache, stuff to do and the complexity of the scenes is going to go up. All likes and reposts will still be counted even in this "overtime" though :3c

[Jackstay June 10] Perhaps fortunately, Altrae's focus shifted from her dwindling air supply to the fact she wasn't alone. Something huge just brushed past her midriff, forcing a bubbly yelp out of her. At least she won't be alone down here anymore!

[Hull Breach] The glass is made to prevent any cracks from spreading, leaving a simple hole to repair and the ship's magnetic lock system held down everything in the room to prevent anything being lost. That also means Rutha's suit, and her still in it. Maybe you should help her out soon... (gift)

[Jackstay June 9] Finally noticing the distinct lack of air in her lungs, Altrae's abdomen sucks in to compress the remaining precious resource. Luckily the shadow below seems to be the actual ocean floor and hopefully the target of her quest. Just a few dozen meters more...

[Jackstay June 8] Continuing to exhale the carbon dioxide to ease the burn and the insane pressure, Altrae crosses 100 meters. There is now a shadow below her, maybe the ocean floor at last, or her eyes are just playing tricks on her. Only way to find out is to go deeper.
