Mmmm, fresh cardboard. Just opened up this sealed copy I picked up of Secrets of the Lost Tomb. Punching out new cardboard is satisfying. Read through the rule book and am so impressed, it is well written and laid out. Nice clear examples of everything. Gonna start a solo game tomorrow.

Congratulations to NASA and the Artemis II crew on a wildly successful jaunt around the moon and back! An historic day, showing the best of mankind, an inspiration to us all and reminder of what we can be. WE are explorers. NO to war, YES to exploration and hope. #NASA #space #artemisII

Just finished re-watching Gundam UC and I gotta say I really love it. The animation is phenomenal, it has great writing and the story is great, with fully realized characters that you get attached to. The English dub is also top-notch. One of my fav Gundam series for sure.

Recently I have come across some ttrpg creators who have openly embraced ai and have used ai images (i refuse to call it art) all over their works and if they are willing to compromise their work that much it makes me question if it is all written by ai as well. I can't support it at any rate.

Woah, Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys co-starring in a new show!? Pretty excited for this one not gonna lie, they are both magnetic actors that really draw you in. Hopefully this has some good writing.

Some of my favorite metroidvania's I have played in the last few years: Supraland Blue Fire Islets Shadow Complex: Remastered Chasm Sheepo Minishoot Adventures Ori and the Blind Forest (the sequel as well) Pseudoregalia Crypt Custodian (yes i'm a big Kyle Thompson fan lol) #games #pcgaming

okay, i think we can kill the fad of attaching microphones to everyday household objects and holding it like Bob Barker while making videos. its "cuteness", if it ever had any, has worn out. :P

I am so excited for this book to release. The first in the series, The Mercy of Gods, is a phenomenal start to what will, I am sure, become another treasured sci-fi books series from Corey. He has created another endlessly interesting universe, and his writing is exciting and highly enviable. #books

First computer I ever used was in 2nd grade, not really sure about specs but it was just a green screen that ran off a big floppy drive. 💾 First home computer was in 1994 and was a Packard Bell 486, 8mb RAM, ~200mb HDD, ran DOS and Windows 3.1. 1st time I upgraded a comp myself, added stick of RAM.

What was y'all's first computer? I'm curious what the spread might be like. Bonus points for sharing some anecdotal memories of your experience with it. 💜 Mine was a Commodore C64C, which I managed to semi-fry one day by knocking a pound coin off an overhead shelf down into a vent. 🫠

Nintendo selling that Switch 2 information game instead of giving it away is a shame. Maybe it will be like 10$ but I just don't get not bundling a game like that with the system.

🎮 The Talos Principle (PC/Steam) 🖼️ My own In Game Screenshot (1080p) 🛠️ Adjustments in Photoshop: Levels, color, game UI removal, sharpening. 👍👍This game rocks! One of the ones I wish I could wipe my brain and play again for the first time for sure.

About 3/4 of the way through this fantastic indie bullet hell metroidvania and having a blast. I absolutely adore the juicy colorful art style, and the game play is tops. Runs great and sounds awesome with great FX and audio tracks. Definitely recommend. 🎮👾Minishoot' Adventures

I never knew about Vinge's works until recently, and I just finished reading A Fire Upon the Deep and it blew me away. I'll admit at first I was like "this is too weird" and I almost put it down, but very quickly I became immersed in his writing and creativity. Look forward to reading the sequal.

at my ripe old age i think i am finally able to come to grips with the fact that i hate kettle potato chips. they are hard and crunchy and not light and crispy as a proper chip should be, and they also tend to be quite flavorless.

i'm no capitalization snob, i write in lowercase as my head bobs to the music that feeds my daze, saving my capitals for rainy days. for special occasions, to ease my lamentations, i put them on expletives in my exuberant explanations. so i always got a few to spare, just reach out and i'll share.
