In the early years, #DDDesign was burdened by modelling hygiene rules and a presumed lack of guidance. The resulting perception was “DDD is just like OOP, but harder”. Code examples were a double edge sword: so many devs thought: “Ok, that’s what DDD is all about.” …often missing the point.
