I’ve felt weird talking about it cuz I’m just a freelancer, I’ve written various versions of this post before deleting But I’ve also been affected by the commerce layoffs at GameSpot and, as always, could use more work. I still have some time for appts during SDCC, and for reviews, previews etc.
Lmao sick, I just got laid off from GameSpot while on paid medical leave recovering from a gunshot wound.

There's always been something special about holding a game in your hands. A lot of us here first experienced our favorite games through glancing at the box art, scanning the writeup on the back cover, or flipping through the manual.
