Wrote the first lines #ObjectPascal for… many years today. And I somehow liked it. Doesn't feel that old and is kind of fun. Should build a sideproject with it.

I’m a very new member of Codeberg and didn’t have the chance to vote, as the timing overlapped with my membership application. Just my two cents: on one hand, it’s a decision based on a valid vote of the members, and I think we need to respect that.
Learning C#, day two: Switched from SublimeText to Rider to give it a try and Wow! What was I missing. Always used SublimeText and/or Vim but this thing is amazing. Also did a first Avalonia experiment, feels a bit overwhelming, just like .Net does, coming from Go and Python. #csharp
Decided to learn C# today, fun language so far, easier to pick up then Rust and Avalonia looks promising. Quite exciting!
Got the Switch 2 a week ago and I think I might get the whole #cozygaming thing. Revisiting some retro games right now - any recommendations?
I started working on “Krume Boilerplate,” a minimalistic starting point for publishing well-formatted texts online. It’s a static website template optimized for non-tech people. Still very much a work in progress. #buildinpublic #krumeboilerplate
This whole #cozygaming might be a thing I could enjoy. Honestly I prefer my games on a table, but after returning to an MMORPG I played for years earlier this year, why shouldn’t I give it a try.
Let‘s end this day with a white sheet of good watercolor paper and some good songs. Moving from consuming art to creating art always gives me peace.
A personal thing: I played and collected #MTG many years of my life and it was my preferred hobby for many years. Then, years ago, I called myself to grow up and cut it. Sold my whole collection, moved on. But honestly I never really went on. From time to time I bought a pack just for the feeling.
So I started coding my blog yesterday and decided to keep it simple for the moment, so no CMS, just a few lines of code, like back then. Reducing dependencies and shifting the focus back to the basics feels good actually.
Thinking about starting a blog. Not sure if it makes sense as the topic-range from TTRPG and art to Code and Open Source is a wide range.
Today I finally received a portable whiteboard I pre-ordered a while ago. It’s wallet sized and I hope it will be a good everyday companion for analogue notekeeping. #handwriting #notekeeping
Visiting #Europapark today. Big fan of their #Animatronics. As a miniature painter it would be cool to create a small animated diorama, maybe using a microcontroller or something like that.
Today’s win: my virtual pet evolved into a Forest Horhotchi and I like it a lot. As a child I’ve never had a #Tamagotchi, but now it’s a nice little distraction throughout the day.
Today’s small project: I write a lot, and while it’s not the most ergonomic solution, most of my writing happens on my smartphone. Just because it’s always with me and lets me write while waiting or sitting in the bus. But honestly: I get distracted quite a bit. So I worked on a solution: #writing
Hello, it’s me, a writer, coder, TTRPG designer, and occasional miniature painter. I want to build and create things in public. Maybe someone out there gets inspired to pursue their own creative projects. #creativecommumity #buildinpublic #ttrpg #writing
