Had pizza for lunch. And pizza for dinner. To be fair it was my nephews birthday party and dinner was leftovers but even so… fat.

Started taking chewing gum at the gym. Game changer. No idea why but workouts seem to feel better with it.

I haven’t seen The Odyssey or Spider-Man yet, but I keep seeing scenes on social media recorded on phones in the cinema. Is this ok for people? I would want these people to be banned from cinemas for life but maybe I’m in the minority. I can’t stand people who go on their phones at the cinema…

It’s August…. Where did July go????

Throwback for Thursday. Finally after a few years of health issues I am back at the gym. Slow and steady but aiming to get back in shape again. But with greyer hair. And less hair.

Silly gym made me leak the water things from the face pores. And I am supposed to be going out for a curry. I shall never be cool with ver again.

Did the work thing. Did the gym thing. Now currently doing the sweating thing and attempting to drink the water thing. Need to decide the food thing and the tv thing for this evening. That seems like far too much for a Monday

It’s 4:45am and already cba with today. Good times…
