Recovery journal Day 4 - in the shower today took off the clear cover and gauze over my incisions. Weird feeling, almost like things shifted slightly but it's likely just in my head. Only on Tylenol today, pain is pretty local to my incisions at this point.

Recovery is going well. While I'm definitely on the upswing and feeling better, I'll be planing on some StS2 tonight at 8:00 PM since it's a bit lower energy. Don't worry, I won't be pushing myself. Will likely have a few people swing by if they are around.

Day 3 morning - Friend came over to visit with his adorable daughter, we went for a short walk around my apartment complex So far feeling good, will see how sore I feel later. Laughing still sucks a bit, have yet to sneeze. Coughing and hiccups hurt

Recovery journal Day 2 (night) - took the codeine to help pass out, which I did. Woke up around 5 am to go the bathroom and switched to the bed from the recliner. Definitely some soreness with being on a bed vs the recliner, but overall more comfortable. Side sleeping still painful (right side)

Day 2 afternoon - I can stand still, cough and sneeze without a *ton* of pain. Took a shower and feel good. Soreness is still present, but so far I've only been on Tylenol today. Will probably need the codeine to sleep tonight. The pressure in my ribs and shoulder are all but gone.

Recovery note (might have some tmi) Day 1 (night) - had to take extra meds cuz of a coughing fit. Also, bloating and farting hurts Day 2 - so far only on Tylenol, feel more comfortable walking around. Soreness only showed up when I stood still for a bit to take my injection so far

Recovery has been going well Day 0 - basically written off, groggy and codeine knocked me out without a couple hours of being home. Slept in recliner Day 1 - @irweaselette.bsky.social came over and we watched Project Hail Mary. Still sore, just less so. Coughing fit drove me to take more meds.
