It had to be scrapped because I could never get Stede's proportions right. (Oil pastel is not that forgiving 😅), but I like how Ed was coming along. #ofmd #ofmdart

Pencil sketches. #ofmd #ofmdart

Quick sketch of Ed in the gravy basket #ofmd #ofmdart

Ravens are fun to sketch. #art #artsky #ravens

I might be a bird guy #art #artsky #ravens

An experiment with oil pastels on black watercolor paper. #ofmd #ofmdart

When the second part of the sketch worked out better than the first. #ofmd #ofmdfanart

Eh. I don't know. It got weird and I didn't try to fix it. #drawstedebonnet

Some of the last sketches of my very dear friends who were with me for almost 2 decades. The sneaky dog and the adventure dog. ❤️

I do love you Mary. #ofmd #ourflagmeansdeath

I've been reminiscing in my sketchbooks today. Sorry in advance.

#drawstedebonnet I think I must have been inspired by @sailorsruin92.bsky.social on this one

#drawstedebonnet An unfinished Stede that leaned toward the creepy, but it still catches my eye. ...sorry Mary

#drawstedebonnet Okay

Last Day to bid on this for the American Immigration Council! www.32auctions.com/organization... #fandommarket #ofmd

It's happening soon! Fine Things Conte Drawing, 5.5x8.5" on mixed media paper will be available at www.32auctions.com/fandommarket... #fandommarket #ofmdart #ourflagmeansdeath #crew4life

There! It's done..... mostly. #ofmd #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath #fandommarket

Can I finish it in time for the fandom market? 😬 #ofmd #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath

#ofmdfanart #ofmd #ourflagmeansdeath

Forgot about this one #ofmdfanart #ofmd #ourflagmeansdeath

The RBB is finally here. Melvisik wrote the loveliest piece for my artwork. I asked for the story of how Ed would choose his own clothes now that he can finally just be Edward and the fic that Melvisik crafted is absolutely goregeous. archiveofourown.org/works/675531... #ourflagmeansdeath #ofmd

Warm-up sketch after a bit a break. #ofmdfanart #ofmd

This one came together mostly without incident. I like it when the scribbles can stay pretty loose. #ofmd #ourflagmeansdeath #ofmdfanart

QRP with your most popular piece on bsky! Funny story, actually. ̶ I̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶g̶u̶t̶-̶s̶t̶a̶b̶b̶e̶d̶ While I was drawing this I was like "NAH, that's not it, girl. But I'll post it anyway". You guys are so weird /aff 💜 #ofmd #ofmdfanart #gentlebeard

Well, since it's #taketwotuesday, here's mine again. It was a fun challenge. #youwearfineframeswell #ofmdfanart #ofmd

For #TakeTwoTuesday, let's look at everyone's pretty frames again! Here's mine. Take a closer look: sites.google.com/view/youwear... Watch them in motion: www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1eQ... #YouWearFineFramesWell #OFMD #OFMDfanart

The problem with multiple sketchbooks and a distracted brain is that I'm constantly losing sketches. But it's fun to rediscover them #ofmd #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath #sketch

Took on too much trying to do my frames in oil pastel. I'm switching to something a little quicker and more forgiving. But I'm happy with this Wee John. #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath

Also not the YOFT project 🙄 Consider it a warm-up? #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath

Learning what happens when you mix watercolor and ink. Nevermind that oil pastel smudge. My life is oil pastel smudges #ofmdfanart #ourflagmeansdeath
