Writing tips nobody talks about: ✏️ A wrist rest or an ergonomic keyboard is your best friend. ✏️ Good sitting posture IS important for prolonged writing sessions. ✏️ White pages strain eyes. You can make the page a muted color to avoid eye strain. (I use green or purple) ✏️ Stretch #writingcommunity
