on some days of reflection of sayolara: i still don't love the epilogue and most of it is on its inexplicably detached tone. if everything stayed the same but lara was more emotionally reactive to mari in the final scene (a hug?! anything...) it would have helped a lot, imo
do i dare succumb to fire emblem again... 3h had me in a chokehold for a while
i just realized i missed a panel in that comic post lol, oops. will repost in the morning
i don't usually post processes because half the time i'm just painting on one layer anyway, but here's one of my recent pic since i maintained the sketch and line layers
finally watching sayonara lara... i see why the yuri artists have been drawing fan art 🧐📝
"Indies will save us" No! YOU WILL SAVE INDIES! Go leave a review for that neat indie game you like, share the trailer for an upcoming game you're anticipating, tell your fave developer they did a good job, go tell people about such and such game that's just come out, you can make a difference!
I released my debut sapphic sci-fi romance novella a couple weeks ago! It's about a mechanic falling for the android she's meant to fix (to put it briefly) 🩷🔧 📖 mybook.to/ADORE
Couple months ago I opened some sketch commissions on Vgen, and had a lot of fun drawing people’s characters in situations. I think I’m gonna do it again!!! (Reopening a couple more slots this coming Friday)
Nothing is more depressing than watching young artists give other young artists advice like “only use one colour palette in everything you do to have a more recognizable brand” and “draw everything with a target audience in mind”
thinking about the phenomenon of how nsfw art scales in terms of "Hot"*. i think suggestive art can do this very well without showing anything. sometimes you don't even need any actual nsfw aspect to be Hot. and then sometimes things aim so hard to be Hot so much it subversively becomes un-Hot
