does anyone have any accessible advice for managing fatigue and daytime sleepiness/exhaustion? i tried vitamins and it helped a little but i'm at a point where it's hard to function or get anything done and caffeine doesn't work on me (makes me sleepy)

i've never had any surgery procedures done to my recollection so i don't know what to expect in regards to how totally wiped out i'll be after the fact. hopefully i can still sit at my desk and work.......... i hate being bedridden..... <- girl who is a workaholic
i'm on track to getting a super huge gender affirming and health benefitting surgery done soon, hopefully within the next couple months assuming all goes to plan regarding insurance coverage and scheduling!!!!! super duper thrilled
quick aside: I don't normally draw backgrounds but, as you can see, I took HEAVY inspiration & reference from the deltarune chapter 5 promo image. used a lot of new techniques and learned a lot of cool stuff while doing this promo! really proud of how it turned out ^_^
