And, I will never stop pointing out, the international decision to retain RS within the postwar Bosnian constitutional setup was a conscious choice. It was not an unfortunate compromise that had to be accepted to bring peace, they could have insisted on its abolition even in 1995. They wanted it.

The genocide is not resolved, it's not the past. The sheer existence of 'RS' is a continuation of the genocide.
