Hi i am adam silber-gniady extroverted nerd and entrepreneur building https://erzeugerland.de 📍 Ludwigsburg 🇩🇪🇵🇱

schwiegervater und ich sind 80. minute raus, um entspannt den zug zu bekommen. die meisten neben uns waren Bayern Fans. unvorstellbar in stuttgart wenn man frühzeitig meister wäre. #VfB jetzt noch gut heimkommen

This weekend was the weekend i created the "Billing" Domain in Erzeugerland. Since the advent of this project i said i do this when it will take less time writing the code than doing invoicing and everything around it manually. The day has arrived. Of course thanks to LLMs but also to growth.

"who cares if it's slop it works code doesn't matter" isn't a good way to sell ai im producing cleaner codebases than ever because of ai now i can actually refactor everything when we find a better way of doing something before shitty code just lingered forever

heavy wind, bluesky and frank ocean on a chilled out cyclinground. the golden combo of the fall for me

ryan singers concept of breadboarding is something in my toolkit i always grab to clarify the steuctjre of my system regarding its user experience for me it is unmatched and i am astound of how little it is used

i chose calisthenics to fix 10 years of severe sitting in front of a computer. i wake up go to the rings and do 30min of body weight training. today i started with the basics: push ups deep squats (australian) pull ups on the rings

I'm beginning to suspect that a key skill in working effectively with coding agents is developing an intuition for when you don't need to closely review every line of code they produce. This feels deeply uncomfortable!

i don’t know what it is, but agentic coding feels worse since a few weeks. mainly, because i am not growing in my craft as i used to. anyone feeling the same ?

Sitting down and doing some TDD work on our caching system is much more energizing than i am willing to admint.

i was on my first in person tech conference this week. thanks to the great team of goto cph. such a beautiful community and week in copenhagen. got my signed extreme programming copy and saw a beautiful talk by @josevalim.bsky.social meeting your heroes can be magical
