Today SCOTUS denied an undemocratic effort to undermine mail-in voting in its ruling in Watson v. RNC. In a 5-4 decision, SCOTUS voted to uphold state laws that allow mail ballots to be counted so long as they are postmarked on or before Election Day and received within the required number of days.
