I think solidarity with trans creators facing harassment is dead, I notice that a lot of trans women getting harassed are now just left to fend for themselves while ””woke”” ecelebs and “left” YouTubers bully them and ostracize them It’s so over

I get so frustrated by “I don’t want big games with fancy graphics, just good gameplay” because there are a lot of games with great gameplay and more humble scopes already, but the people saying this seem to refuse to consider anything other than the big games with fancy graphics anyway

This isn’t really true, nor the claim Bluesky is immune from media manipulation. The site regularly carries out moral panics against marginalized users, mobbings that mirror anxieties dominant on RW social media. In fact Bluesky users are so anxious about being manipulated they often overcorrect (1)

The TOS being so strict that they control you offsite is the problem; sites like Patreon and Kofi have offsite clauses too. The social criminalization of the suggestion that somewhere you might be doing nsfw is a problem. It's branding a person as obscene and we need consumers to stand up for us

I suspect YouTube is not just looking for URLs with NSFW sites, but whether you are a known and recognized adult content creator on YouTube The long-tail of the ASMR / VTuber ban: If you're a sex worker online, AI moderation will kick you off... even if your account is SFW
