My band got a new singer and she's great and I'm excited to hear her take on some of the songs we had cut to fit our previous singer's limitations. But it does mean we're practically back to square one on building a setlist.

Sometimes I think I'm pretty cool and then I remember when I was 17 and the friend I'd had a crush on for YEARS kissed me after the date I didn't know we were on. And I was so surprised I laughed into her mouth and our lips made a fart sound. It's really quite a grounding memory.

When I got my new planner I set aside my dot notebook as a very specific kind of junk journal. I bought a 1.5" stamp-shaped paper punch to make a lil memory passport type thing. We're obviously very early in this but I'm digging it.
