1. As a male primary school teacher in leadership, you know that there are certain expectations, especially juggling the demands of a full-time class and senior roles. Add fatherhood to the mix, and life becomes a delicate balancing act—rewarding, yes, but a constant whirlwind of responsibilities.

Not often I come out of watching a movie based on a book and feel wowed but The Wild Robot blew me away!! Stunning recreation! ❤️

Leadership can be lonely. The weight on leaders shoulders can be heavy with any burdens that they have being ones they feel they shouldn't share. However, leadership IS a privilege and provides OPPORTUNITY! The opportunity to develop and shape a community! A thread of hope 1/4:

The memory is incredible… I’m seeing McFly tonight - haven’t listened to them for about 15ish years… loved them during the uni days (20 years ago!) This morning I thought I’d listen to a couple of songs - that first chord and I knew every word, every key change! Amazing! 😍
