I've said it before, I'll say it again: they are literally trying to destroy the institutions and infrastructure of education, As Well As exercising maximum cruelty to the immigrant population. The bad putcomes for knowledge are not happenstance they don't understand, they are literally twin goals.

Beginning Sept. 15, 2026, most students entering the U.S. on visas for international students and exchange visitors, will no longer be admitted for “duration of status.” Duration of status means they can remain in the U.S. as long they are enrolled in their academic program, or shortly thereafter.

So I’m weighing my options for dealing with some pretty large uterine fibroids (including hysterectomy). What route have others gone? If you’ve gotten a hysterectomy, are you happy with that choice? Any tips for the process?
