“Talks have continued for more then a year” 5n recycles scrap for germanium reuse but that only works when we’re using weapons in testing / a way that lets us get the scrap. Which is actually how we expend a lot of them. Not so in Iran obviously. I’m excited and dreading this Friday “event”
