I spent some time on the phone last week connecting with neighbors in the Fourth Ward about what matters most. From upgrading local infrastructure and city services to expanding transit and connectivity, your priorities are exactly what I will champion on City Council.

I stepped away from the doors to visit Fourth Ward resident and gifted photographer, Shashank, at the Art Fair! I picked up a stunning print of Tawas—a place that brings back treasured memories of cross-country camp as a boy. There is so much incredible talent in our Ward.

Spending so much time at the doors lately has me thinking deeply about the next generation. Growing up in poverty, a supportive community was my lifeline. I'm running to ensure we create a safe, stable, and thriving Ann Arbor for all the kids coming up next.
