I had an updated MRI on my spine last Wednesday after suffering from non stop back pain for the last few years. I haven’t heard the results yet & I’m actually scared. I’ve had scoliosis my entire life & did PT & injections. I’m no stranger to pain. But this has been 8/10 pain for months.

I started running. Seems to be the thing every 30ish yr old starts up lol I’ve always hated running. Even when I was younger. Had some inspiration from family & friends & well I ran/walked 2 miles on the treadmill in 30 mins. For pretty much never running I’m proud! What exercises do you like?

Getting closer and closer to having a clean and organized work space to begin crafting again… I miss it. A lot. I at least can begin 3d printing some pieces since that’s been dug out from the abyss. Still need shader recommendations!
