The anti-CarPlay/AA crowd really confuses me because at the end of the day, sometimes I need to switch from like Apple Music to Overcast in the middle of a trip. CarPlay means I don’t have to pick up my phone. That’s basically the beginning and end of it, I don’t see how you argue that.

A take that I promise has nothing to do with recent nationalistic bullshit, but a lot of the brands that Euro OEMs have spun off in recent years are silly and shouldn't exist. Polestar, DS, and Cupra belong as model lines. Alpine's kind of on the bubble.

It's gonna be emulators and ROMs for me until heat death, I guess. Anyone else confronting the idea that maybe the circumstances that made you love games were a limited-time deal? This medium hasn't embodied the things I originally enjoyed it for in like 15 years.
