In a country with a president who is such a destructive sore loser, politicians who are both helpful and gracious in defeat is a greatly appreciated novelty.
This is exactly what happened. The prices aren't coming down, either. We'll be paying for these tariffs for the rest of our lives, long after Trump is worm food (poor worms).

Missouri legislators obviously think Missourians are stupid enough to vote away their own rights. I grew up in Missouri, and while there are some backwards thinking people there, there are also a lot of free thinkers and progressive minds. I think it's shifting, and I think they underestimate them!
