I had homegrown sauteed swiss chard tonight for the first time. It took this long because rabbits had prior access. I've since blocked that access. The pic is actually spinach, which was even more devoured.

I recently found out that there is a cave in Montreal. I booked a tour. It is small but it was interesting, created by a retreating glacier in the last ice age. I was in the largest cave in the world a couple of months ago.

I had a 12 day trip to Nova Scotia. My driving time was over 52 hours, and I traveled 4600 kilometers. I was primarily at our family cottage, but added mini excursions for hiking, breweries (true!), sightseeing. #Canada

While I was in the east coast of Canada I picked up more King Cole Tea, 648 bags to supplement the 100 or so I have left. Good for another year. This tea is blended in New Brunswick for about 150 years. Buy Canadian 👍

Birthday breakfast (not mine). We always make eggs Benedict for occasions. Homemade sauce is so much better. I can say confidently I will never have this as good in a restaurant.
