I did my early WCBS survey visit today at my Romanby VC62 square. Lots of butterflies on the wing. I also found a micro moth new to me: 28.014 Brown Bark Moth @bcyorkshire.bsky.social @doublekidney.bsky.social

Great haul in my Romanby VC62 garden despite the thunderstorms (trap under cover). 38 species including two new for the garden: V-moth and the tiny Lesser Tawny Crescent. According to Yorkshire Moths website this is the second most northerly record of the latter. @doublekidney.bsky.social
