Today I went to my local Wild Birds Unlimited and saw this lil fella who's an ambassador for @albertabats.bsky.social! He was found with a wing injury several years ago and can't fly anymore. His caretaker said he lives in a little tent and eats mealworms from a bowl.🥺 Great educator, great bat!

🦇Our probiotic project continues! This "bat condo" at Quiet Hills Ranch near Edmonton was treated with the probiotic after an official "bat count" conducted by our 2026 interns. The total exiting was just above 700 bats but we expect to see closer to 1,000 emerge on a warm night. #ProbioticProject
