Actor, filmmaker and animator. Professional grotesque. Lamentations and surreal musings upon ones football team may occur.

Paul Berne's continued inability to sound sincere around the women's team and his empty apologies is genuinely remarkable. The mouth moves, but the eyes aren't marrying with the words. Any young actor wondering what you might look like when you don't believe what you're saying, watch that. #pafc

How I long for a player to shrug their shoulders and go "Meh, it's okay I suppose, you just offered the biggest wedge." I would then grab snacks, venture back onto a particular forum and just read all night. #pafc

It has been a whirlwind first week at Argyle for new striker Will Evans, who has already started to appreciate the size of the club he has joined and what it means to the Green Army. #pafc

Freddie Issaka is only 20, but has also been on the scene for a while, without finding regular games. Out of 40 games he's only started 6 times. This got me thinking about who was around the longest without seeing regular games... #pafc

Squad number designations should be streamed on Argyle TV. Presented by Paul Boardman, there are two tombolas - one with names, one numbers, luck of the draw what they get. The number is then written in binary on the shirt. This way the club shop only has to order a load of 0s and 1s. #pafc

Migraines... I hate you. I hate the blind spots. I hate the flashy lights. I hate that moment where you know something is off but don't know what just yet. I hate the pain behind my eyes. How do I get through them? I keep telling myself "Could be worse, I could be in a room with a Reform voter."

From (Season 4) continues to be a well made, solid, horror show. It may not be original, but it delivers. But suffers with "Whispering Actor Syndrome". Directors, why are you telling actors to whisper entire conversation? Actors, why you whispering random lines suddenly? WHY!? Stop it!

If Liddle was such a brilliant, irreverent writer, how is it that the only time his work was ever passed around was as an example of the latest witless, leaden offensive shit from Rod Liddle? His obiturists talk up imaginary columns he never wrote and refuse to address the terrible ones he did.

“He may have been delightful to his friends but he should be judged on what he put out into the world & that was bile by the bucketload.” Liddle to be celebrated - @brokenbottleboy.bsky.social open.substack.com/pub/brokenbo...

30 years ago marks the final season we ever saw Mark "The Greatest Right Back in History" Patterson play for us. If you wish to argue he's not the greatest, we'll sort it out around back of Greenbank Aldi. Would have stayed if he hadn't been stiffed by a cheapskate Argyle. Typical Argyle™ #pafc

Roll up to the 455th annual Argyle v Bristol City friendly. Prepare for "We're working towards the open game... Lads are getting sharper... Places are still up for grabs... The Guinea Hen is decidedly average this year..." Coincidentally it's also the 455th one I've missed. Damn Guinea Hen. #pafc

Unsurprisingly, former women's squad found clubs; WSL 2 Proctor, Francis - Wolves Noble, Tiesar, Poole - Watford WNL South/North Smith, Wilcock, Stowell - Bournemouth Cull, Wilson, Suttie - Portsmouth Papaioannou, Whitmore - Exeter Dalton - Lewes Kivell - Stoke LoI Prem Hampson - Athlone #pafc

I was "Today years old" when I discovered that Donald Moffat, seen here in The Thing, was born in Plymouth. I'm shallow enough for that to be exciting and to now claim The Thing as part Janner. Try and stop me and I'll get the flame thrower.
