Rounding out the 2026 season, I attended Death of a Salesman at the Stratford Festival. I don't think Arthur Miller could have predicted how successful his play about the flawed American Dream would be. I'm sure he hoped it would feel less timely 75 years later. manastone.ca/2026/10/10/d...

"A small man can be just as exhausted as a great man." - Arthur Miller Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman remains a powerful and contemporary work.

The cult of LLMs is deeply ridiculous. LLMs are not, and never will be, sentient. You’ve created a statistical machine that uses statistics to create output that looks like the training data. No matter how wishful your thinking, this is clearly not how human thought or sentience works.

There is currently a glut of Starcraft: Brood War content focusing on Pluto AI, a bot that has reached the top of the ladder and is beating pros. It's basically a bot that plays at 6000 APM and can see invisible units. It's Deep Blue for Starcraft fans. I'm already sick to death of it.

Tonight is Match 4 of the ASL Season 22 Round of 8. It's Leta vs Soulkey. Will we see "Wraith Flaming-Skull" bring out his famous wraiths, or will we see his more-developed Terran play? Soulkey is a monster, and very likely to take the whole season!
