this may sound kind of silly, but: just tried rumpsteak from the airfryer and it was excellent!!! Perfectly medium rare, super simple and even looked kind of nice. The only thing you might miss are some these roasting/caramel flavors... but then... 98/100.K2 loved it, if that says something.
