Often people ask "why should I care?" when a company is in financial trouble. Sony is desperate, spider man is the only IP they have left, they needed the new film to succeed, BMW & sony negotiated a LOT of cross promo money, like hell they both aren't gagging to get ther money's worth.

rich right wingers and corporations actively destroyed online public spaces where scientists, journalists, educators and progressives could communicate semi-free of harassment then when those internet refugees naturally coalesce in any remaining spaces they get yelled at for being in a bubble

Saw tonight more rural firefighting equipment & personnel are headed to the worst fires in France. As climate change worsens, we're going to need more Australians deployed globally to take the lead on fighting the worst fires in our lifetime, with the training & experience of a lifetime.

Yeah I'm riding out a warning so I don't get a strike. It's like Google is fed up with YouTube losing money & they want to cull the herd, but they can't just ask or force so they make up fake policy violations so you leave on your own accord. Platform is near useless now.

There will not be a PS6! Launching new hardware is a very costly exercise, and people aren't buying PlayStation's games now. Their entire business model for 30 years was to hold content hostage until you bought the hardware, but software development costs too much to do that anymore.
