On a recent trip to UK I spent time with a 94yo family friend, and noticed this BIG TIME. It is so incredibly unfair. I am generally an early adopter and quick learner, but even I get irritated by how technology creates ever increasing barriers. Apps, logins, chat bots...just give me a human!

Child now at university has just realised that it's "pots and pans" not "potsan pans". We never corrected him when he asked us to pass him a "potsan" as we thought it cute. He apparently is now the laughing stock of his halls. Sorry son.
