There are so many types blocking me these days and I’m just thinking, “You think that matters at all to me.” I was in love with Ben White back hen that meant something. Nothing you can do now can take that from me.

Hey, folks: there was never a chance Mamdani got elected except for Lindsey’s “Don’t Rank Andrew” campaign, which finally taught us how ranked-choice voting worked. That resulted in my #1 choice, Lander, cross-endorsing Mamdani, and the rest is history.
I’m not inventing this from whole cloth. There’s a wonderful history, “The Island on the Edge of the World”, that explains why NYC is so very different. Please check it out from your local library.

Now it’s occupied by the kind of incomer to NYC who moves here and immediately insists it be just like wherever he just came from.

Wow. That one thing or two blew up. I had no idea ppl would respond so to a sincere expression of opposition to the death penalty. Please translate these feelings to actions.
My new neighbors are ableist creeps. I was unaware that new ppl had moved in. My other-side neighbor is still sweetly solicitous.
Clint Eastwood has directed some unexpected masterpieces in his time. Please see “True Crime” where a falsely convicted man on death row is narrowly saved by Clint’s alcoholic reporter. I love this film. Watch it every year or so.
