I love(d) the Assassin's Creed series. But I'm never going to buy a remaster of a game, that didn't require the Internet, is now dependent on weekly updates and loot-based player retention. AC series is no longer for us that made it popular; it's desperately trying to get the Fortnite generation.

This is such a good point that I would've never noticed on my own. I constantly see quotes and praise for celebrities talking about trans people and/or organizations but so rarely see any uplift of actual trans individuals.

Saying all this and ending with "AEW fans are not fucking stupid" is an impressive amount of irony.
