Another game preserved! Day Watch is a sequel to game Night Watch, another game I also preserved. A tactical RPG based on a book series that got its own movies too! Its on my list of games to play! You can find each of them on a very romantic cd site!
Im healing slowly but still feel like crap. So, when things are bad and I'm finding it hard to focus on other games due to how I feel, I always go back to Thief to play some fantastic fan missions. Trying a few new ones now! Lets see how it goes.
Small pick up! Found a weird 4 in 1 Sega Genesis cart that was in pretty rough shape. Its clearly some weird knock off cart that seems to have 4 games just crammed into it I cleaned it up and am about to see if it works and will be documenting my findings here!

The flu I thought would pass in a few days got worse and now Im full on stuck in bed. Bella has only left me side once since 24 hours ago, and that was to eat, drink and use the litter box. Shes a smart little cookie and can tell something is wrong.
Dice Fantasy has been fully translated! V1.0 is here and it's thanks to Akai that we were able to even get this far! You can now play this game completely in English! I hope you enjoy it! The game has already been put on that very romantic CD place for your pleasure!
Time to sleeve my Wixoss cards! I have been putting this off for a while but its time. I only really have 3 different sleeve colours to pick from sadly but I can make this work!
Dice Fantasy is now V0.5 ready! It's been preserved and uploaded to a very romantic place for CD's! This took forever to get out thanks to the translation issues but thanks to my friend Alice I ended up making a cool new manual that helps with it! If you give it a play, please tell me how it is!
Story has been translated and will be touched up tonight. Sadly there is still a huge issue with the in game dialog that I have a friend looking into. I may release a V0.5 version of it depending on what happens so I suspect I am a day or 2 from finishing this now depending on how this goes.

Well we just hit a gigantic snag. This game is using an internal typeset and that may cause some huge issues with trying to translate a huge chunk of it. Everything was going great because of how much was translated already but being unable to translate items and menus may hurt progress, hard. :(

While waiting on some tools I managed to get in a quick session of Toy Story on Genesis since it was the game chosen for this weeks game jam on a server Im in! I lost 5 lives but got there in the end! I remember the struggle as a kid! Always made it to Pizza Planet then dead x-x

Before Metroid Prime there was The Divide: Enemies Within! Link: almagaming.wolfpack.xyz/gameblogP14.... Here is a game I don't really see talked about online but could be pointed to as proto Metroid Prime. It has the elements and gameplay flow of it for sure! Is it good though? Find out!
Blood Bros. is a fun shooting-gallery arcade game, a sequel to Cabal from the same developers. Me and @almaelma.bsky.social played it together the other day; we particularly enjoyed the cowboy-and-Indian duo’s victory dance at the end of each level!
Reunited with my beloved pup in Castaway, an indie Zelda-alike that I picked up the other day! The story mode is tiny and can be finished in 20 minutes, the main attraction is the roguelite Tower mode that you unlock after the credits.
I've started my next translation project...kinda. The game Corum: Another Story was on my list and I even started making progress thanks to Akai but then I find out its the 4th game in a series of other games! Id rather translate them in order but we will see what happens.

So Zlatogorje is a game series I preserved recently and after preserving what I thought was just 2 games, I found out there's an expansion to the 2nd one that just was never translated into English. So, Imma do it myself then! I will be translating Zlatogorje 2: Cold Heaven to English!

Zool was one of those Amiga platformers that I never really got on with at the time; the limited visibility and unfair enemy placement made it feel harder than it should have been. So I’m happy to report that Zool Redimensioned fixes pretty much all of that and is really fun to play! 😁
Next game to beat: Silver Surfer on NES! Iv been preserving games for a while now, I think its time to actually play something! This landed on my wheel and I know for a fact this is an infamous game. Since bed's soon I guess tonight is going to be feeling out the game. Lets go!
Time to review SWAT: Global Strike Team! Link: almagaming.wolfpack.xyz/gameblogP14.... Did you know there was a SWAT game on Xbox and PS2? It's not very well known but is in the SWAT universe! It features more arcadey like gameplay that plays a bit more loose. Is it good though? Find out!
Time to install this sound card into the 3.1 computer I found a while back! That's the computer I cut my finger on and didn't see until I felt a tingle on it and saw it was completely full of blood! Ow. This is going to be an awesome 3.1 when I'm done with it!
The Phantasy Star Online Episode 3 Download Quests have amazing storys to them. You gotta save the bosses at Sega because of a deal they have with Game Informer! You think they sent Yuji Naka or Naoto Ohshima out on this mission? You think Yuji found out too much and that's why he's in jail?
