Telecommunication. When my parents immigrated in 1990 my mom wrote letters to my grandparents, and had sporadic and very expensive international calls. I’ve also immigrated away from my family but we can speak as frequently as we want and instantly with great ease.

Defending or dismissing attacks on Jews minding their own business in Golders Green - and therefore shattering a sense of safety for Jews living in the UK - is the exact OPPOSITE of how you make Jewish people think having their own country is not crucial to their own physical survival BY THE WAY
