The very idea of the "target" has been rendered meaningless in the post-Gaza world. Targets are no longer encountered or searched, they are manufactured, industrially, digitally, with AI, as a means to hide the carpet bombing of civilians in war.

I know $80k is not huge for DC bc of rent being higher and stuff, but it still feels like a brick wall to the face to me that Lawfare pays their staff better than 90% of UK unis pay their permanent lecturers, especially considering qualifications require a high school diploma, not a PhD

What I like the most is he did the list of countries geographically from South to North, not alphabetically. Meaning his mnemonic technique is to have a map in his head, which is what I do. Respect

Sigh. I feel so out of step with the ongoing Bad Bunny Revolution bc I disagree. Lots of things are more powerful than hate other than love. Community, solidarity, joy, hope, empathy, friendship, hell even anger… hate is actually a pretty weak mortar.
