#tavqotd First Impressions Astarion first thought she was an enemy and helped the Mindflayers abduct him. Aurora's first thought was "Oh fuck! Not another vampire!" She headbutts him. (She was in Ravenloft and recently fought Strahd. More in ALT.) #BG3 #BG3Astarion #BG3Tav #BG3OC #OCAurora

In Act 1, Aurora meeting Astarion for the first time. They struggle as he holds a dagger at her. She eventually headbutts him. Aurora directly prior to BG3 game events was in Ravenloft battling with Strahd. The Mindflayer ship abducted her and brought her back to Faerûn. She is originally from Faerûn. When she saw Astarion she knew he was a vampire. After she thought about it more, she realized something was off and he wasn't a normal vampire because he was in the daylight. When their tadpoles connected she realized that he wasn't like the other vampires she had been dealing with and decided to give him a chance to show who he really was.

I bought the game on release, I played a bit but it was too much for my laptop, so I stopped playing. I changed my laptop last year, but it wasn't until the beginning of this year that I remembered I had it, and I resumed the save I have from 3 years ago. My first run was pretty disastrous 🙈 (cont)

I started playing on release, loved the game, tried to join the fandom and then got scared away lmao. I started another run late last year & something just hooked me. I've always loved Astarion, but I started noticing the NPCs, then fell for the tower wizards, hard. Fandom xp much better this time 🖤

#DoraYaps #DoraWrites 10th May 2024: First Fanfic about #AristaOC (incomplete and waiting for a rewrite) BG3 made me get AO3; back then, I was publishing on Wattpad xD It's also the first fandom I'm truly involved in. I was always just sitting in my corner playing with my OC-barbies before.

My first fanfiction in BG3 fandom is The Blacksmith and The Fighter AlrendriaBlaze Summary: Rosa is a Moon Elf Fighter. She has been learning the art of being a Fighter throughout Faerün and implementing that knowledge on her adventures. Dammon is a Tiefling Blacksmith. He has newly returned to The Prime Material Plane from his captivity in Avernus. They find affection and comfort in each other's company, forming a lasting bond. Though, more trials await as they must survive their current struggles as Faerün is in danger. Rosa wanting to solve her situation and help keep those she cares about safe. Her quests and adventuring has turned towards more survival of those around her too, ever wanting to keep others from suffering All while adjusting to having her left arm torn from her while protecting the Tieflings from Gnolls so they could make it safely to The Grove. She struggles with changes in her life and Toril around her. Dammon wants to help keep Rosa safe, in the only means he knows how, he will forge anything possible for her and keeps himself busy while she is saving Faerün. He knows she is capable but he can't help worrying about the one mortal he holds dearly to his heart. After everything he has been through lately, he hopes luck is still on his side. Love can be forged even in the darkest of times. My newest fanfiction is Love Letters from Dammon AlrendriaBlaze Summary: A peak into 10 Love Letters Dammon wrote to a romanced Tav. Notes: 1. This isa 10x100 drabble love letters. Dammon wrote many letters but I'm only showing 10. 2. Tav is not gender specified. 3. These specific Dammon letters are NOT related to any story or AU. 4. Whether you chose violence or call it an accident, these NPCs found their demise in your playthroughs. Not sure what Volo did to you all to deserve this.

Images of Volo and Alfira with bar charts showing that the Story NPC that died the most was Zevlor (followed by Rolan, Isobel, Volo, Barcus, Alfira), the character most killed by Durge players is Isobel (followed by Zevlor, Alfira, Wulbren, Popper), and the most popular weapon of choice to face the Nether Brain is the Gontr Mael (followed by Balduran's Giantslayer Sword, The Staff of The Emperor, Gortash's Fabricated Arbalest, and Hellfire Hand Crossbow) Of note, of everyone that killed Alfira only 48% was Dark Urge Players.
