I like to make stuff, walk, bike, hike, look at stars, and go to Kwik Trip. Minneapolis adjacent.

My mom has been pressuring me to get my passport and I almost paid extra to have it expedited to get her off my back. I applied for it 11 days ago and it was delivered today. Really glad I saved that $60 and just went with regular service!

My job has gotten busier the last few months and after I made veiled threats to quit, they finally hired someone to back me up! They started this week! And no-called/no-showed on day four! I am livid!!!

Prolly gonna catch some blocks for this but the emo Wendy's album slaps and is also hilarious. I'll still keep eating at McDonald's instead but thanks for the bangers.

Making preparations for next weekend's Pitbull concert with my bestie, which means working out who is bringing the BuzzBalls and the bald caps. The night of the concert is also a full moon, so I feel like everything is turned up to 11.

I still need to do some cleanup, but I am obsessed with this manicure. This is a velvet-style magnetic manicure achieved with a 30-lb horseshoe magnet and ILNP polish in the color Madhouse.

Finished fourth at bar trivia tonight, which wasn't too bad considering our team of three competed against teams of six and more. I felt especially smart as my history degree came into play and I was able to name the German building that burned in February 1933, so that was worth all the debt.

Been a while since I've been out on the neighborhood trail. The weather was perfect today so I had to get out there. No wildlife to see but I did spot some Jack-in-the-pulpit berries. A++, would walk again.

A small cluster of small red berries on a stem.A poor quality photo from my Kodak Charmera camera showing a wide gravel trail surrounded by leafy green trees. A poor quality photo from my Kodak Charmera camera showing some sumac trees that have leaves turning red.
