So it seems Shinkiro DID make this for a potential Japanese release of Streetwise, but it never happened...cuz it's Streetwise. And yes, this is in the Shinkiro Masterworks artbook.

every time big companies give dormant series a chance they wheel them out like sick dogs and threaten to send them to a farm upstate unless you empty your pockets to fund the jacked up veterinary bills
