When I went to University, I managed to get a minor in Sociology. Not because I wanted to pursue a career but just because the subject fascinated me. I hate that capitalism not only gatekeeps education but tells people the only reason to even pursue it is for careers/make more money. Its tragic.

If you are commissioning an artist, and want a specific pose, don't run to genAI to try and make it for you. Draw a stick person. Stick person poses are beloved among all artists. We can see exactly what you want. Do not fear sending the stick person. The stick person is magical.

Starting something unpolished will still give you more results than waiting until conditions are 'perfect'. There are people in this world just waiting to find and love your stories in all their messy glory, and they're worth far more than the audience seeking perfection.

Between the site's server being down and a big old thunderstorm rolling through the area, there's a high chance the comic won't be updated until both of those things have resolved. #Delays
