So, I haven't used twitter dot com in a long ass time, but I feel its important to let people know that whoever is currently posting porn spam is not me. I am trying to regain access to permanently close the account...but Twitter is run by nazi robots, so we will see if i can get anywhere.

I'm not going to ask if you're doomscrolling. Everything is hard right now. But you still need to eat some food, drink a glass of water, as well as time to rest and recover. Try not to stay up too late tonight. Sleep deprivation will make everything you need to do harder, including helping others.
