i drew this on a whim after seeing a photo of a cat grabbing a beer and hearing that they can drink saltwater, but i don't actually think they'd like it that much. so this cat is like one of those guys who drinks torturously spicy things all for recreation

a comic entitled "cat beer", featuring a fantasy-style humanoid cat and a more regular human. the cat offers a drink and says "here, try this swill." the human drinks and says "ugh! so salty! 'swill' is right. I can't stand it" to which the cat responds "pussy!" the human says "that's rich coming from you." cat says "it just has some flavor is all." the last panel has a fairy pointing to an informative plaque, that reads "Did you know? Cats have kidneys that are good at filtering out salt, so they can drink seawater without getting dehydrated. It's not like it's good for them, but they can handle it."
